Ben, this is a great cover. I like it! And what’s so bizarre is that he recorded this almost a month before Whitney Houston’s death. It coincidentally turned into a neat tribute though. Sorry, if this was not the purpose you were trying to achieve here with this song… but I think it’s wonderful and Whitney Houston is wonderful. Now I want to go watch The Preacher’s Wife.

Oh, and… I also want to go buy Ben Rector music. But I already have it all. So you should go buy it. He’s good.
